Whether your grief is caused by a death or any other major loss, incomplete recovery has a lifelong negative impact on a person’s capacity for happiness.
The goal of the Grief Recovery Method eight-week program is to help you complete your relationship to the pain, isolation and loneliness caused by significant emotional loss of any kind. Recovery and Completion are achieved by MAKING A SERIES OF SMALL AND CORRECT CHOICES. There is no judgement or evaluation of each other in the group and Absolute Confidentiality is maintained at all times. I have found, through my own experience, that many of the participants, have inspired me in some way or have given me the courage to take the next step, toward continuing with completion of other aspects and losses in my life.
